The Challenge
After years of managing client feedback through scattered email threads, Slack messages, and ambiguous comments like "move that thing," I identified a gap in the market: existing feedback tools were either too expensive ($59+/month) or too complicated for clients to actually use.
The Solution
Built Notedis as a lean, client-friendly alternative to enterprise feedback tools. The core innovation: clients can reply via email without creating accounts or remembering passwords. Their responses automatically appear on visual feedback boards with screenshot annotations and priority tagging.
